Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 23 February 2026

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner in the United States. Each item is custom-produced upon purchase.

 

 

For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect due to no fault of the customer, you must notify us within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

To submit a claim, you must:

  • Contact us using the link provided in your order confirmation email or via our customer support email
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear, unedited photographs of:
    • The item showing the issue
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Claims submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery are not eligible for review.

All claims are reviewed in coordination with our production partner.

If a claim is approved following investigation, we will, at our discretion, provide either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Replacement or refund decisions are based on the findings of the review.

3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Any issues relating to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Delivery refusal
  • Packages marked as delivered

must be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking details provided in your shipment confirmation email.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays or delivery issues once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor variations in print placement, sizing, or colour tone inherent to the printing process

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

If an order is returned to the fulfilment facility due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

 

 

 

6. Unauthorised Returns

Do not send items to any address without prior written authorisation.

All return or replacement requests must be reviewed and approved before return instructions are provided. Items sent without authorisation may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of defective or materially incorrect items as outlined above.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
