All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our US-based production partner.

Because each item is custom-produced, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Production times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been produced, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
